I am needing to count the overall staffing state of the place I work and the addition staff that might be required per shift. The original staff required changes from shift to shift and by location to location depending on extra workload issues. I can sum the column but if there is a + or – in the cell it wont count the first number. is there a formula that I can use to count the original number. I need the staff required column to add up to 10
