I am creating dashboard like this one. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1TXDFH83uV8 and so many things are not the same because the video is too old and it brings up so many problems for me. I will share screenshot of the dashboard

so first the actual vs goal % is when it comes to totals the percent should be the percent of the totals but not being totaled itself meaning not summed so I removed the sum.

Second which is most important the bar 100% stack. This bar is being split like 4 splits for somereason. maybe because of the multiple slicers there are.

the third thing is I created a measure label which changes each time I choose something from the table next to the bar but for some reason it doesnt change it just stays at default.
