I have tried to run the command to update it and it says that it is already up to date. I have tried installing an older version of Docker and also tried deleting and reinstalling Docker and restarting my computer.
I have tried methods that other people have suggested such as “Manual installation steps for older versions of WSL” but none have seemed to work for me. I am running Windows 11 Enterprise.
If you have any suggestions of things that I can try, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
