I need to give access to an account to an organisation in azure devops. This organisation is connected to Microsoft Entra ID, but when I add this user to both the organisation and the project, the invitation goes to his azure devops account which is connected to his microsoft email and not to his email which is connected to microsoft entra Id. How do I add this user, but the invitation goes to his azure devops account which is connected to the Microsoft ID directory?

The user is already added to the organisation’s active directory. The problem is, when I share the organisation, the organisation is shared to his devops account that is associated with his microsoft account and not to the devops account that he has with the organisation’s active directory.
