I am trying to log into IBM Cloud in order to be able to submit a module of a Python coding course that I am doing, but I cannot get logged in.

On first attempt the webpage tells me that I am already registered:

However when I attempt to login via the link on this page (or any other link IBM Cloud that I could find), it always returns me to this landing page.

I have registered tickets with IBM support but they advise that IBM cloud isn’t their area of responsibility and they recommend raising a ticket via watson.service, which I have done weeks ago without response.

Although I get an email with a case ID, when I click on it there is no way to check the status. I raised another case a week later just in case there was a ticketing issue. There was a comment that response would be “best effort”.
