the code on github here it says (Html/Css/Javascript) but it has package.json file with Dependencies.

i am beginner and I don’t understand what framework this project built with (React , angular …etc)
can someone guide me please

I tried to download the code and inspecting it someone told me to use only the files inside (DIST) folder but when i tried to change the page content to my content everything crashed!
