I installed Alpine 3.17 from Windows Store and want to update to 3.20.
I followed the instructions from Alpine wiki (https://wiki.alpinelinux.org/wiki/Upgrading_Alpine)

I changed /etc/repositories like so

https://dl-cdn.alpinelinux.org/alpine/latest-stable/main
https://dl-cdn.alpinelinux.org/alpine/latest-stable/community
http://dl-cdn.alpinelinux.org/alpine/latest-stable/main
#http://dl-cdn.alpinelinux.org/alpine/latest-stable/community

I updated packages with apk update then apk upgrade --available

I then ran sync then reboot.
After that cat /etc/alpine-release still gives me 3.17

I also tried rebooting wsl, no dice. wsl --terminate wait 8 seconds wsl
