I joined a new company and their website is built in .NET with C# and HTML, CSS, Javascript, but I only know basic HTML, CSS, JS and PHP.

I want to run this website on my local PC where I edit their code and perform basic editing like add margin or change headings. My website is hosted on Plesk, and from Plesk C-panel, I downloaded all code files + the database, after making backup of both of them.

When I extract the database files, they don’t show any .sql or .bak file! They show file which is not readable which extension is FILE .

Please provide me a solution how to run that website on my local PC. Do I need to download database from another place?

I downloaded IIS manager to run .aspx files on localhost.
