I am currently a fourth-semester Data Science student who has been learning web development on the side. A few months ago, I started with the basics of Node.js, Express.js, and EJS, but due to academic commitments, I had to take a break for about two months. Now, I’m feeling quite overwhelmed and unsure whether I should start from the beginning again or continue from where I left off. Here are some additional details:

• Background: Covered basics of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, and EJS.
• Current Skills: Basic understanding of the mentioned technologies but with very low practice and few practical projects.
• Concern: Worried about not retaining what I learned previously and how to best proceed without feeling too overwhelmed.
  Could you please advise on the best approach to get back into web development? Should I start from scratch or review my previous notes and continue from there? Any strategies or resources to help manage the overwhelming feeling would also be greatly appreciated.

I tried revisiting my previous notes and small projects, hoping to quickly refresh my memory and continue from where I left off. However, I found myself struggling to remember key concepts and felt overwhelmed by the amount of information.
