I need your help to understund how is happends, Why I dont have connection to oracle database using sys as sysdba. I have client32 bit (because aplication is 32 bit), I have envirolment, TNS_ADMIN, tnsping is correct. When I try connect to sys as sysdba i ORA-12560 issue.
But when I try connect using other account I have a connection true.
