I have a php code done in visual studio code and a database done in MySQL. My problem is I’m trying to connect the said database to php and error is always happening. I did that for about 3 days non-stop and still can’t figure out the solution. Is there any way that I can solve this issue?

P.S. – I’m new to coding by the way.

Also, I am expecting to view the database on a web browser using php code but the result of my code is 404 not found and everything related to that.
