I am trying to plot a line in the future after the day has ended.

The Indian market session is from 09:15 to 15:30. I want to plot a line from 16:00 to the next day till 15:30hrs. The new line should be visible after the market ends until the next day ends. The line should be visible before the market starts and till the market ends

Please help me with the same.
