We would like to move several users and groups from one organization to another in PolicyCenter. There are a few scenarios where this could happen.

For instance, one insurance carrier acquired another carrier and set them up as a different organization, but would like to reorganize all users under the main carrier organization. Another scenario is a carrier or agency has purchased a book of business and would like to migrate producer codes/agents to their organization.

We tried editing an Agent in an external agency (e.g. aarmstrong) and changing the Organization to the carrier (e.g. Enigma) but Enigma does not appear in the organization search results.

If we choose an organization like Kennedy Insurance, it works, but we get a warning about the user not being in any groups. This is because when moving an agent out of an organization, it is removed from any related groups as well.
If we choose an organization like Careful Auditors, it works, but we get a warning about Producer type not matching (and moving back to Armstrong results in a group warning since the previous groups were removed.
In either case it does not seem like moving groups is possible either.

There does not seem to be a way to move users from external organizations into the internal carrier organization, let alone multiple users or groups. Has anyone determined a way to do this, especially for bulk changes?
