enter image description here There are two boxes one box contains a certain image and below it lies another box that has some text in it, now how to make the box with text appear on hover the box has a red background and a white text.
I tried it text box to come up, but the text box appeared inside the image box. I was expecting it to be exactly as shown in the image.
