I’d like to have an animated cursor with text that can be animated coming after the cursor.

I don’t have any code because I couldn’t find anything about this. I know you can make animated cursors with the spinning “-\|/” trick, but how do you make it so the text is animated AND comes after the cursor.

Assume X is the cursor, the “frames” of animation would look like this.

[ X ]

So it’s an expanding border around what you type, and while you’re typing it’ll look like this.

[typing…]

[ typing…]
