So heres what I wanna do:-

I want to get the entire city as an interactive map on a blank screen that users can interact with (I can provide the coordinates). Then I want the users to be able to interact with the given city, like dropping something in the green areas or empty spaces (I am again ready to provide the coordinates for that or it would be even easier if I can just select the area once while coding.)

Is something like this possible, if so how?

I am new to webdev but am trying to make this really cool side project, any help is appreciated.

I have tried using leaflet and masking the surrounding area of the city with a dark shadow but it is not what I want my UI to look like. It should be spotless like a video game map.
