I have a xxx.db.dump file which is 1.7G big.

ON Neo4J Desktop, I tried ‘ADD FILE’, then click ‘Create new DBMS from dump’.

But after the DBMS was created, all the database are offline.pls see the screenshot

I tried create a new database and open it ,there is no nodes, no data was imported successfully.

I am new to neo4j ,not sure if it is the right way to import dump file.I also tried to use Neo4j Aura, however, I think my file is too big for free instance.

Can anybody tell me what I am doing wrong.
