I have a Django Rest Framework api app. And I try to generate some functionaly for forgot password. At the moment there is an api call availeble for reset password. And a user gets an email with a reset email link.

But the problem I am facing is that if the user triggers the reset email link that this results in an error:

Page not found (404)
Request Method: GET
Request URL:    http://127.0.0.1:8000/reset-password/MjE/cbr2cj-0d6c660c151de4e79594212801241fed/

So this is the views.py file with the function

PasswordResetConfirmView

So I can’t figured out why it is thrown an 404 page not found error.

Question: How to resolve the 404 page not found error?
