i followed exactly what the vscode setup tool thing said, i downloaded c# 8 and even the framework and it doesnt work fsr. i tried downloading normal visual studio and it still doesnt work. c# doesnt work in godot or unity either, and the error pops up right when i open up any project not even when i build just opening the project folder makes the error pop up.

the only thing that worked was visual studio 2019 and rolling back to .net core 3 on vscode. any other circumstance i get an error saying (fatal error. internal clr error). how can i fix?
