I have a file, “sample.xlsx”, that has data that I cannot seem to find the source of. It has no queries or connections. It’s as if someone has just copy and pasted data into there, but I am making the assumption that that is not what is happening here.

We also have a bunch of MS Access databases littered all over our network. Is there anyway I can find out which database is writing to this file, without checking each and every single one?
