If advanced access is required to manage the DMs of test users that have already approved their role in my app, how am I going to even develop my app in the first place?

Is there another way/API/endpoint that can fetch DMs?

Until now I’ve tried Instagram Business Login, Facebook Business Login, then I linked a Facebook page to the Instagram Business account, which ultimately yielded the above API response.
