I have ubuntu in hdd and windows in ssd, in my laptop. So I use it as a double boot. I gave “access and delete files” permission to a folder in windows through ubuntu. I actually wanted to cut paste the folder so i gave the permission for pictures folder as the ssd is accessible in linux. Now i can’t delete the folder from windows and the whole partition is inaccessible through linux. The ubuntu shows some error “cannot mount the partition due to corrupt or unknown file system” and the windows shows error “0x800040005” while deleting it. I neither can access nor copy nor delete this folder. Helpp
I gave delete permission to a folder in windows “drive C:”,i.e, OS partition while using linux. Now the folder is inaccessible in windows and can’t be modified or deleted or copied while the whole partition is inaccessible in linux
