I wanted to create a excel graphically trend for the complaints.
The data is attached in image.
I have asked to create trend yearwise, tag wise and based on your own idea.

Here, I am new to graphical world and unable to visualise and make the data.
Could someone make it the trend tagwise and yearwise.

I tried using graph but its not working.
