Apologies if this is rudimentary for this site and please send me a link to any pre-existing answers to this question.

I am looking for a cheap or free way to copy files from a GoPro camera to my PC and retain the Creation Date. Robocopy doesn’t seen to work with portable devices. I am not a programmer so a GUI would be nice but not absolutely necessary.

Tried Robocopy but was later advised on a different site that it won’t work for a portable device.
