I have a borked set of git credentials that defies all fixing and at this point is best served by a completely reinstall. However, when I uninstall Github Desktop and Git, some configuration remains such that when I reinstall, it still thinks I am logged in. Clearly I am missing something. I have uninstalled both, deleted the related folders in C:/Program Files, and delete the github related credentials in the Windows credential manager, but something is surviving that recreates the authentication issue when I restart it. What am I missing, and how can I completely nuke everything git-related from my computer so that I can just restart clean?
