I have an assignment to do, have to choose server configuration based on system needs.

System description: The system is intended to be used by a local news agency for publishing news and managing the newspaper house. Assume that the maximum possible load is 10,000 simultaneous users on the news display website. The production virtual server hosts a system consisting of a backend composed of PostgreSQL+SpringBoot and two frontend parts developed in Angular. One frontend serves as a news portal accessed by readers, while the other is an application for the administrative work of the news agency accessed by employees (15 – 20 staff members). Assume that each application instance (each active user) requires 8.0 MB of RAM. The system supports file transfer and storage, as well as email sending. The data center should support Tier 3 level redundancy.

I cannot figure this out. Pls help
