I am trying to adjust the tax calculation in my Shopify shop so that it is based on the customer’s billing address and not their shipping address. I have tried modifying the Liquid templates, but it doesn’t seem to affect the tax calculations, what can I do?

Attempted Changes in Liquid Templates:

I modified the cart.liquid and checkout.liquid templates to include logic that references the billing address. However, this did not change the tax calculation behavior.
Tax Settings:

I’ve configured my tax settings in Shopify to apply taxes based on shipping zones. However, I need to apply taxes based on the billing address instead.
Third-Party Apps:

I looked into apps, but I’m not sure if they can specifically change the tax calculation to use the billing address.
