I am a junior mern stack developer, working in a start-up. at first i was playing in a front end role for the first 5 months. after that now i am managing projects, like writing requirement analysis, assigning tasks and making sure the work is done properly or not.

now, i am having a feeling that, whether i am making any improvement or not. i need experienced and senior developers advise. whether i am doing is good or not, if not what should be the decisions i have to make and even yes, how i can do it more effeciantly.
