I have purchased hospital management code from codecanyon which is developed using php and bootstrap with MYSQL DB. Now client wants to change the look and feel of the UI into latest version of the bootstrap 5.3 Dashboard templates. any experts advice is greatly appreciated . Please advice me possible and easiest way to upgrade without affecting the functionality .

I tried replaced the bootstrap css and Js files with the latest version . but the code breaks .
