I would like to create a “Submit” button and place it in the center of my app.

However, when I minimize/maximize the app, the “Submit” button is not in the center any more.
I would like to ask if there are ways to center the “Submit” button automatically when the app is maximized/minimized ? Thank you for your time/help!!
