There are some CSS definitions for those nodes and edges. I’ve attempted to adjust the CSS parameters to place the yellow edges above the blue ones; it’s clear that the blue edge is layering on top. Yellow edges always should be on top
I added z-index in the all possible places, but it did not workout.
