I am trying to add a new line to my goggle sheet from my powerapps app, but when I submit the form, it does not seem to add a new line to my google sheet. Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong??

Currently, I had one test location for a different process, but the form does not seem to work…

I have tried playing around with the properties of the form and button, also reconnecting and refreshing the source multiple times, but nothing worked.
