I have this project idea I have been trying to work on for sometime now but I still feel confused about how to start..

I want to implement a students alarm system using node.js that has the capability of sending alarm straight to the users phone with a unique tune reminding them about the activity they are supposed to do at that particular time..

On a premium basis, I intend to make a confirmation call to them just like telegram, Whatsapp and service providers do some times..

Please I need ideas on how to implement this.. Any support you can give me is appreciated ????
