I have downloaded a website known as appinventiv from httrack, now i need to convert this html theme to wordpress theme. i have loaded the index file and necessary files like header footer and also some css file from appinventiv folder. only home page css is loading else other pages is not loading
so how to debug and compile all the css and js files in wordpress theme

I have copied all the necessary code from index.php to header and footer file but still nothing is happening and also copied the css of all the files but only home page css is being established.
