How can I add a link preview info (image, text, and sometimes a Launch button for a mini app) when a user shares a t.me url to bot in a chat? Example:

Sometimes this preview widget can also conatain a “Launch” button, that launches a Telegram Mini App, if someone can explain this as well, that would be lovely. Can’t figure out, where does Telegram fetch this data. When I send my link, I see that it tries to fetch it, but finds nothing.
