We are looking for assurances with the professional management of our current solution that can address functional issues and bugs – ie how you provide additional security through, maintenance, patching, monitoring and applying fixes and though we know we can’t perform a pen test on the multi tenant application (we are not single tenant users) we’d like to see your latest penetration testing reports for CPQ. As stated in your own security pages on Oracle web site: ‘Periodically there is a security and penetration test performed for CPQ. This review & testing is completed by a third party, and a report is available of their findings…..Generally the review is performed twice a year.’ How can we obtain this please?

We put in a service request and were told ‘do not have this information” – we were redirected to Oracle Consulting or our Oracle Support Account Manager. But it was our Oracle Support Account Manager who told us to put in a service request.
