I have run into an the issue of having an older MacBook Pro and unable to archive and upload to App Store Connect for Test Flight using Xcode Version 14.2

My machine is:
MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2016)
2.6 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
Running: macOS Monterey Version 12.7.4

Can anyone direct me to solutions to continue using my current machine for Xcode development?
Is using OpenCore the path to follow?

This app was built with the iOS 16.2 SDK. Starting April 29, 2024, all iOS and iPadOS apps must be built with the iOS 17 SDK or later, included in Xcode 15 or later, in order to be uploaded to App Store Connect or submitted for distribution
