I have a old GEARVR headset laying around so i wanted to repurpose it. (it was discontinued) I have a android phone that fits in it. I want to stream from my pc onto the phone youtube 360 or something, so i need the app to a) Display content from my PC onto the phone through a USB wire and b) the phone needs to send the data that tells the PC if im moving my head c) i need to be able to select the videos from youtube 360 on my PC. This is just the basis i want to expand this to something other then youtube 360 which is why i want to use my PC for the processing. If it matters my phone is a samsung a32 I also want to use python for the PC side.

I have been trying to look up how to interact with the usb wire connected to the phone through a app but i havent found out how to do it.
