I’m trying to install an applications and it keeps throwing an error saying that Windows Installer 4.5 cannot be found:

I checked the services and it seems the installer is running:

Is it because I have version 5 instead of 4.5? I tried looking for 4.5 online but couldn’t find it. How can I install it? What other reason could there be for the application to fail to detect Windows Installer?

I am running Windows 10.
