I’m using Open CV in C++ and am having a tough time getting it to generate shapes remotely similar to this. My current process is using this image as a template and attempting to manipulate the circles. The intention was to have the islands end up in the pattern, but I think at this point that’s not necessary and may not even be preferred:

I would be grateful if anyone could help at least guide me in the right direction to achieve either outcome.
