I’m new to MDAnalysis, and maybe this question was already answered.

I have a very long trajectory and I would like to perform different analysis using only specific parts of the trajectory. Mainly I need to calculate the RDF. I already have calculated the RDF along the whole simulation, however I would like to perform the same calculation, yet only using (e.g.) half of the trajectory. Is there a way to do this? Should I calculate the RDF manually by calculating the distance at each step?

PS: I have tried asking ChatGPT … to no success. It says to write: start=$start_point and a similar thing for stopping.
