I have a looker studio report which is pulling data from a google sheet. I currently have the data being filtered by drop downs which are ‘Department’ & ‘Team’ where a multiple teams sit within specific departments.

How can I get my “Team” dropdown to be dependant on what the “Department” dropdown states?

I believe I need to use parameters but dont quite understand how they link into the data set with the fields that they are asking me to input
