Can anyone help me with a javascript to hide and show a layer in pdf depending on a value of a checkbox??

when i have a check box called “Apple” and when its “on”, then i like to show layer “Apple” and when its “off” ofc the layer “Apple” has to hide

I tried searching for it with google, because im not that familiar with javascript to write it myself, but usualy i can change it to work for me.
What i found, i didnt understand so i so hope someone here can help me 😉
