I am new oracle, so i am using Ahmed Baraka DOWNLOADS,I am trying to setup RAC by using files from

I have downloaded the files and extracted to a temp location and followed the steps as mentioned.
I have attached the disks to both srv1 and srv2 , an am able to login to srv1 without any issue and when i try to start srv2 i am seeing below error

Can any one please let me know why i am unable to start the srv2 ?
