I have google sheet “Kwiecien 2024” and I have multiple users, I want a apps script that which check in column e that if cells are blank then any one can enter data in it but if cell is not blank then only allow those user to edit cells whose email mentioned in script that they can edit cells as well as enter data in blank cell
