Every employee needs to fill out a performance form annually justifying their performance against goals. I think employees (atleast I find it difficult) find it difficult to remember all the work items (JIRA stories) and releases worked upon during the entire year. When you don’t have the full list of work items you are not able to present yourself convincingly in the performance form. This further leads to an un-rewarding performance rating.

With the advent of Generative AI and existing JIRA integrations, would it be possible to automatically generate a write-up (by looking up JIRA stories & tasks) to help employees? I think this will be very helpful for employees (developers in this scenario).

Any thoughts on the feasibility of implementing this?

If someone has already done this, can you please share links as I would like to understand further?
