I’m in the dark here a bit. I’m trying to setup an automatic transcoder to turn uploaded videos on my site into mp4 containers. I’ve followed the tutorial here: https://cloud.google.com/transcoder/docs/how-to/jobs#create_jobs_ad_hoc and also tried using the template preset/hd-web as well as my own template. I’ve checked permissions to ensure Transcoder Admin is applied, then pointed it at a small .mov file uploaded in GCS.

The job starts (listing jobs I can see it RUNNING), then several minutes later it goes to error: { details: [], code: 13, message: ‘Internal error occurred.’ }. Doesn’t matter what file, what template etc, the result is the same.

Any pointers would be really useful!

I’ve tried multiple templates, adhoc configurations, different video files, different formats, all without result.
