I am looking for free plugins, themes, which will be helpful with making a catalogue site
ex. e-lactancia.org is the best example. At the very first look it is just a site with ingredients, but if you go to an ingredient site, besides the information about ingredient you get:

• a different colour of a table (different conditions, different colours)
• a list of alternative ingredients (with links to actual ingredients that have just different title)
• a list of other names of this ingredient, synonyms (with links to actual ingredients’ names that have just different titles, but same content)
• a list of name of this ingredient in other languages (with links to actual ingredient that have just different title in other language, content is the same)
• a list of products that contain this ingredient (with links to actual product page, that contains a dynamic content that says ‘product name is a product with ingredient‘ and has a table in the same color as ingredient). I really am looking forward for your help as I am so stuck in my mind and cannot get through this for months.

I tried making this catalogue once in wordpress, but I do not know how to work with taxonomies (as there is many levels of them here, for sure).
