I have a new assignment and it is going to be to redesign a program landscape of more then 10 different applications(Java, Python, C#), with different Input and output types.
To efficiently do it, I prepared the Zachman framework, the current State of the landscape, dataflow plan, goals and stakeholders list.

Do we have Architects that could steer me in the right direction and tell me what i should prepare, keep in mind or consider?

I will be forever grateful for any peace of advice.
