I have an excel sheet set up like this:

I want a formula to find the minimum value for each Run number, what is the easiest way to do this? The run number is an auto-calculated column based on other fields in the excel sheet, in case that makes it slightly more complicated.

The amount of time values for each run changes as each run does not have the same amount of time values. I then plan to use this minimum value to calculate the delta for each row based on run number
